Glendale Adventist - Emergency Dept, Bridge Program

Hi all,

I am an experienced (oncology, med/surg/tele) nurse looking to transition into a new department. I am looking for insight about this program (AKA transitional program), and whether it is worth the sacrifice to leave my current position (great pay, flexible scheduling, and chill staff). However, I've always wanted to check out emergency nursing and figured if I don't do it while I'm young ill get too comfortable to pursue this later.
