Give me the tea on DC area EDs

Hello nursing friends! I'm moving to the DC area and will be applying for the EDs there. I'm specifically curious about the hospitals with trauma designation or high acuity of care in order to expand my nursing knowledge and skill set. I'll be applying with a few years of nursing experience and 2 hrs specifically at a community hospital ED. 
 

id love to know about :

 

- nurse to patient ratios

 

- general workplace vibes

 

- how's the pay
