Anyone have ideas on how to pay for grad school besides loans?? I am looking for an employer or company to pay for my grad school with a commitment to work for them afterward in south Florida.

national health service corps loan repayment program- you work for 2 years in an area that needs healthcare workers and they payback some of your school loans- they have positions all over the us- maybe you can find something in fl...
they also have some sort of scholarship program - not sure how it works- maybe they give you money for school and you work for them for a certain amount of time...
here's the link--- hope this helps

Also, check with your state; a number of them have specialty loan programs related to nursing. I was able to get a "loan" from my state for grad school that I was able to work off by just working physically in the state afterwards for (nearly) any employer of my choice (there were v. few restrictions) -- I didn't have to pay a penny back (if I had not returned to work in my state after graduation, I would have had to repay the loan).

Hey floridagirl,
You are smart to seek help with payment. The best thing I could suggest would be to work for some large hospital system and do the tuition reimbursement, or of course the military will gladly pay your way and not even have you work during school while you draw a salary if you commit to them for 2 years for every 1 year of school. My friend did this through the air force to get her nnp. Beware if you decide to pay for it yourself (which I did) it will cost about 25,000 (very conservative estimate). I worked all through as much as I could, but still had to borrow money. Also, I am a recent grad April 07.
