Hi Everyone - I am new to the site but have read some to the messages posted out there about take the CPNE with Excelsior - Someone mentioned about the GRID (would really like any help anyone might be able to suggest) - Also I am planning to attend the workshop next month to help prepare myself even more for the CPNE - any input or anyone having gone to the workshop and or completed the CPNE successful - I would appreciate any suggestion comments etc.

The grid is your life line when doing your PCS and documentation during the CPNE. Basically its a table divided into squares that you write your mnemonics on. Your refer to your grid to help you remember all the steps for each area of care. I have attached a sample grid for a visual. Hope this helps.
