Getting nervous!

School starts Monday. From what I hear it's not too bad of a semester (Peds and OB) but it'll be my first as a "single" mom! This first month we have done good, everyone is still alive and well. We get to talk to daddy every day, and Skype/Facetime about 3 times a week, so that's nice. I have my niece here to help some, she goes to school as well, and a good sitter, so I'm hoping I survive!

Lucky you! That will be such a fun semester. I loved OB and was so happy to get the chance to find a job in it!

I did all of schooling as a single mom. It's hard but not unreasonable, and my daughter was 18 months at the time. I loooved my voice recorder. It was a god send! Especially when my daughter was sick and I couldn't make it to class.....I would just give it to a friend of mine from class and she would record the lectures for me. I would listen to it on the way to and from school, while doing dishes......you name it!

Thank you! I am excited about the classes! unfortunately, we aren't allowed to record our lectures! I'm sure we'll get in a groove and things will be fine. My hubby will be home in Oct for a week, can't wait!
