Getting a job after CSCC (Columbus State)

I'm completing my pre-reqs and hope to apply this Spring or this Winter to start next Autumn.

Anyone have any insight on getting a job as an ADN living in Columbus, Ohio? I'm married, we have a house, so moving would be a big deal. I would plan to do RN-BSN or possibly MSN afterward, but I'd still need to be working first!

I'm hoping to volunteer or be a PCT (maybe part time, I make much more (relatively) at my current non-nursing job to be a full-time PCT) just to get my foot in the door.

I know Mt. Carmel offers new grad and things. Just want to see if anyone has real-world experience getting a job after CSCC with an ADN in Columbus.
