If you are unable to work and fulfill the terms of the contract, you will need to move from the apt that you are in. The hospital is paying for your apt, and if you are unable to work there, then you are unable to remain in it. Unless you have something special in writing from your agency.
You are an employee of the agency, not the facility. Best bet is to speak directly with your agency. Each can differe greatly.
I talked with my recruiter and she said once they say I can't work due to the injury I have 2 weeks to move out. The MD i saw said it looks and sounds like a torn ACL and meniscus.

I got hurt on one of my assignments when a labor patient grabbed me and yanked me down over her and twisted my back. I couldn't move. All I could do was lay on the couch fo 4 weeks, except when I had to see the doctor or go to physical therapy.
I was lucky that my company let me stay in the apartment until the end of my assignment. Of course i could barely tolerate the trips in the car to the doctor's office. Thank god my boyfriend was with me.
