okay, so i have set up everything and am starting nursing school pre-req's in august:wink2:. i got told by a friend that her ex- daughter in law applied for the nursing program 2x's and still hasn't got accepted. the community college i am attending goes by a point system (like cna 1 point + gpa etc...) i couldn't find out what her total point was to see if thats why she wasn't getting accepted. so, i called the college to see what i am up against. they said that this year it was 4.0!
i thought to myself my goodness am i nutz! so the competition is a total of 4.0. guys, should i even continue on with this? i mean, i want it so bad i could cry and am willing to dedicate my life but even with all that i am not sure i can get a 4.0. i would hate to do all my pre-reqs and get a total of 3.6 and never get accepted (it would feel like a wasted year +). (btw this school does not keep a waiting list). can i have encouragement please...
have any of you ever been through this?? p.s i cannot apply to diffirent school because of my situation.
