Germany Nursing and Long Term USA

Hello, I am a senior nursing student.  I am studying in Turkey and I am currently interviewing with an international nursing employment company.  The company deals with the employment of nurses in Germany.

My girlfriend is a graduate student in Germany, so I'm interested in being in Germany, but my main career goal is to be a nurse in the USA, and I know that at least 2 years of professional experience is required for undergraduate education, so would nursing in Germany be a good career option for me?

I know that German nurses graduated from a 3-year vocational school. I know they mostly perform basic care. 

BSN programs are opening as of 2020, so they are insufficient academically, but I will be a BSN graduate from Turkey.
