A very 'wordy' document with regards the care etc in nursing homes. Worthy of reading once.

Special items mentionned in 483.20 and 483.30 detailing staffing are very interesting. Do all the nursing homes have a copy of this document? Is it just available for the Surveyors? Having worked in the Aged Care area for many years I have to say I have (fortunately) never been in a position where a 'home has no RN on the premises, rural or otherwize.
