Georgia Highlands LPN-RN Bridge Program 2016

Published

Hey!

I am about to apply for the Sept. 1st, 2015 deadline for the bridge program starting in Jan. 2016. Is there anyone else who is about to apply? I am just about to retake the TEAs and submit my scores in the next month and I'll have everything in.

I am applying as well. I am retaking the teas next month. Did you appy to any other schools?

No. I am only applying for this program right now. It's the only one around here that has a decent schedule for full time workers. I am retaking the TEAs on Aug 21st and handing in my application in Rome August 24th. I calculated my admission score and its not great but its not bad. Crossing my fingers!

I'm considering applying to this program. I did not get accepted to the bridge program at Darton College. I just was wondering if anyone knows the number of days a week this program meets?

Thanks and good luck to yall!

The advisors tell me the first semester is 85% online. And your off the summer. And the Fall and Spring semester it's class on Monday and you'll have schedule clinical a sprinkled in. From what they say they try and work with your work schedule but idk how well they actually work with you. That's about as much as I know.

I applied. I am stressing about my chances! Teas: 86 over all, SAT: 860 (not great, but took it recently- 25 years after graduating High school), GPA: not really sure how it all calculates for the program, but 3.69 over all.

Anyone else want to share?

I was accepted to Darton State, but really want to attend Georgia Highlands.

If you go onto their websit you can print off the admissions application to calculated your overall score. I am retaking the TEAS. They only use your science score and math score and not the overall. I need to bring my science up!

What was your science score?

Low 80. I took the ACT and got a 23. My ap 1 is a B and I got an A in micro. My ap 2 I am retaking now to bring my score up. Last time o checked my admissions score was over 1000. I need to redo it. I know they have 25 spots. Supposedly last year only 25 applied so all got accepted. But with more people learning about the program and there now only being 1 admissions time a year I fear many more will be applying. Very nervous!

I just calculared my admission score, also over 1,000. Fingers and toes crossed!
