Georgia Health Science University applicants for Aug12

U.S.A. Georgia

Hey, I am applying to the Athens campus for the CNL program at GHSU. Has anyone else turned in an application? Has anyone heard anything yet? Does anyone know how many seats are open and filled so far?

Would love to hear from some other applicants!

No, it's Athens or bust for me. I've got kids in school here and it's our home. What about you? Are you up for either Athens or Augusta?

BTW Marie, does your status still say "ready for review?"

Me too. Athens only. I have two kids in school. My status does say "ready for review". I really hope we get in! I am looking forward to tomorrow. I wonder if they received a lot applications.

@Marie... Did OM send you an email about interviews? I was expecting one, but it never came. If you got it, anything I need to know?

The last email I received was the one informing us of the interview. What were you expecting?

I think what she was sending me was the sheet that we had to sign today. They just had it for me there. How'd it go today?

Well, I was pretty nervous. I wish my answers were a little for fluent. It is hard for me answering questions in that formal atmosphere.

How did it go for you?

Hope the interviews went well today. Keep checking your application status online because it really is accurate. When it changes to decison made; notification by mail, start checking your mailbox. The acceptance letter comes in a huge envelope with a contract to sign and information to pay your 100.00 acceptance deposit. I think we had 10 or 14 days to mail in the deposit.

Thanks sharzaejones! It went pretty well. Not too bad. Now... the waiting :-) Good luck @marie99!

Yes, the waiting - it is going to be a long several weeks! Athensgal - did you apply anywhere else that is commute-able?

Hello, everyone,

I am just starting a new thread. I have applied for cnl program at ghsu this year. I have an interview on 23rd march.

Does anybody suggest me what to prepare for interview?

vaishubpatel,

Just try to be relaxed. The questions are pretty basic... nothing unusual. Very casual interview, only about 15 minutes. Mine was one remote interviewer (on a screen) and one in person. That was the only thing that was kinda weird. But it's nothing to stress over. Good luck!
