Georgia BON

So I have been a nurse for a while but graduated from Excelsior College. I hear that in the past you cannot get a Georgia license without "jumping through hoops" if you went to Excelsior. However, I recently hear they are going to become a compact state ( eNLC ). If this is true, then does that mean someone with a compact license can practice in Georgia even though they graduated from Excelsior? I have tried to navigate their site for the info but it does not talk about that. I have tried to contact the BON in Ga without response yet. Only thing I see is as of January 2018 they become a compact state.
