When they confirmed my application they said that they weren't going to even start reviewing apps till after October 1st

Yes, I just got that earlier too. Probably a standard email to give everyone an update. Too bad it doesn't say what date we can expect interviews or rejections by.

Hey, I applied. I got an email saying interviews will be Nov 17-28.

Just got an email notification today that they are reviewing my personal video we had to create for the application. I did mine through GoogleVid so I can see if people have accessed it. So it seems they are still working their way through apps. 

Does anyone know how many seats are gonna be available or know anyone in the currently admitted cohort.

When did you apply? I don't know the # of seats in the cohort but I think they said last year that they interviewed 60.

I submitted mine like mid September. But the email they sent said they weren't going to even start reviewing applications till after October 1st.

I wonder if there cohorts are just smaller or they just narrow it down more aggressively from the get go for interviews.
