Well, I have applied and was accepted into the Pathway to RPN program. I was accepted for jan 2014 but have decided to go in Sept 2014 instead (so I can save big time and decide if I want to do this or go the RN route directly). You will technically be 1 sememster in front of me but would love to be part of this thread to find out what is happening etc.Do you know of anyone who is int he PSW to RPN bridging? Wanted to know their thoughts and reactions.Hi everyone! Just wanted to start a thread for people applying to the PN program this year at George Brown. I have applied already and I am in their Pre-Health program. Lets keep up to date with each others timelines :)
Hi there,
I do know of one person who came from the PSW to RPN pathway to Pre-Health Sciences in GBC. She said it was extremely stressful and hard. They seem to condense a lot of material in one semester. This is however her experience. She dropped out of that and came to the Pre-Health where they do everything spread over 2 semesters.
It might be worth it to speak to entry advising at the college, they can help you out a lot. :)
Good luck!
Hi guys! I currently study Prehealth Sci at Conestoga. I applied to Humber, Conestoga and George Brown with GBC being my #1 choice. They asked me to write an admissions exam, and I did in late January. They confirmed I passed this test and I meet eligibility for the program! I'm currently waiting on an admission for my decision for September 2014!

Did you hear back from GB? I applied to Conestoga's PN program & got accepted :) YAY!
As a current Conestoga College student, may I extend the warmest of welcomes! It is an awesome school with an awesome student life. As a student in the school of health and life sciences, I hope that you'll find the labs and simulation areas as awesome and helpful as I have. Best of luck! CG
