I'm fully aware that care planning and the nursing process continues all through a nurse's career, and I did not state anywhere in my post that I was fearful of this.
I'm sorry if I offended you, but I was under the impression that this was a student forum, and questions are posted everyday on here. I've learned many helpful things so far by just reading other responses. I thought mine was harmless enough to post as well.

Now that we have started clinicals, we are to write a care plan every week on our assigned patient. So far I've written two care plans according to my school's standards, and they've been about 10 pages each. We also write up a concept map with each patient.
