Poll: Favorite Medical Dictionary

  1. Another poll! What is your PREFERRED medical dictionary? I have the Taber's on my PDA, but I am curious as to what everyone else is using.

(Side note: My teacher today was giving notes and told us that from here on in, spelling counts on everything handed in. Here's the thing, though. She's the worst speller, and gives up misspellings in our notes... :angryfire :angryfire :angryfire )

This poll messed up. I meant to add five more, so I'll try this again in another thread. Sorry. :imbar :imbar :imbar :imbar :imbar So, please don't vote on this thread, or if you already have, please find the "Real Poll" and vote on that one. Thanks.

Gotta have a Mosby! The pictures are SO GROSS!!!

Really, they are quite vivid, but it is a big help. I'll be going along, looking up something completely innocent, and come across some full color picture of a penis with some kind of drainage, or some rash or worm or birth defect that just makes me want to wash my hands off with AJAX after I've touched the pages. :chuckle

    Alternative choice?

Picked up Webster's New Explorer Medical Dictionary for super-cheap (around $6) at a local Ollie's discount store a couple of months back.

Everything I've looked up is in there. Includes pronounciation guide.
