Thanks for the great advice so far (on my other thread). Does anyone know where I can find books cheaper than the campus bookstore? They are outrageous, and it looks like if I buy from them I'll be spendning close to $1000 this semester! I'll use come books through the 2 years, but still! WOW! Thanks in advance!

Check these out.....
http://www.half.com
http://www.bn.com (barnes and noble...they have some 1/2 price books and buy 2 get free shipping)
http://www.ecampus.com
http://www.campusbooks.com (this searches a bunch of sites for the best price)
http://www.allbookstores.com (same as above)

Hope this helps. I don't ever buy from the bookstore unless it is a instructor-made packet!

The above list pretty much covers it! I bought most of my books through online sites. It was worth it in some ways, I saved a lot of money. BUT buying them used site unseen, I didn't get the prettiest books- one had a taped binding and there was highliting in most of them. I saved well over $100 on the few I bought though, and overall am satisfied with the savings over perfect books!

Search by ISBN
Then list by total price including S&H, it will compare B&N, Half.com and all those listed above and give you the best price. Just make sure wherever you buy from you go by the ISBN, there are way too many books with very similar names and many editions.
