Sonja I am a student at Rose State right now (for pre-reqs, not in their nursing program). I have heard OCCC has a good nursing program, also check out OSU-OKC, I have heard they are excellent... here is their website:

I will be applying to OSU-OKC's nursing program later this year but even if I dont get accepted I will be transfering up there anyways for med-school pre req's.
Like I said I am at Rose and have heard good and bad about Rose State's nursing program. OU program I have heard good and bad about as well (heard they are kinda behind the times basically but they have a new Dean so hopefully that will change). UCO is supposed to be good but hard to get into. So if I were you I would apply at OCCC and OSU-OKC as my top choices....there pre-reqs are slightly different so make sure you go up there or have them mail you their nursing sheet requirements.
I have been to school at OCCC and its a great school for pre-reqs btw-my husband currently is attending that school, he loves it. They have a lot of online classes, evening, weekend, etc
