need help with careplan

i am doing risk for injury etc... i am having trouble with my short and long term goal..on short term i put client will remain free from injury aeb: then i am stuck...help please i have writers block

As evidenced by the basics- no falls, no getting head stuck between stretcher rails etc...

In the long term you want the patient to remain free from injury as well, so you have to put into the care plan what you will do to teach the patient ways to remain free of injury- and what that will be will depend on the patient. Different for each age group etc.

A short term goal for this would be to learn to practice measures to remain safe. The long term goal would be to remain free of injury.
