IT'S FINALLY HAPPENING!!! I got my email on Friday from the school telling me all the things I need to do prior to starting in late August. I just signed up for my CPR course, I'm going to order my uniform this weekend, I finished chemistry last weekend, I have an appointment to get my physical and make sure my immunizations are all documented and squared away, and my first orientation is just a little over a month away. I'm so excited, I still can't believe this is about to be my life
I feel so lucky to be getting to follow my dream (ha, so sappy). I know it's going to be hard work, frustrating, crazy, stressful, and all that but right now I'm just enjoying the fact that it's going to happen and I'm about to embark on a totally new career path

Congratulations! It's so fun to start checking off those requirements one by one. I just signed up for my CPR class, too. So exciting! I'm trying to enjoy the summer and rest up during the calm before the storm. Best of luck to you!
