also i brought the saunders book in october and i just found out they came out with a new edition in december i wonder if the old version is good to still use

yep thats the kaplan book. not the same book you get if you buy the review class, but thats the book thats like "mini-kaplan" for like $30. definately worth it. I'm sure the old Saunder's is fine, but if you want get the newer one.

The 2005 to 2006 Kaplan book is better than the previous editions only in that it allows you to go on the Kaplan website and get more practice questions in the new NCLEX format. A part from that it is pretty much the same book that they've been putting out every year for the past few years.

I haven't seen the new Saunders book but I have the older edition and their NCLEX review CD ROMS and its all really good stuff.
