I am suffering

I am suffering from horrible back and shoulder pain from my books. I usually would have over 50lbs at least. I can't wear my backpack on both shoulders because I can't have anything bumping into a ruptured disk. Does anyone know of any alternatives? I either need to find a new bag or hire a caddy for class! One more thing, you all know how poor students can be so please don't tell me about this great backpack that only costs $200! My instructor already told me about it! Must be nice!

Please help!

Okay, I listened to all of you. I went to Wal-mart and got the rolling bag today. It was around 25 dollars, so not too bad! We can be a few days late on the bills! :p

My cat hit the enter key for me before I was finished. I decided to get a rolling bag when I was sitting in class and felt like my are was falling off of my body because it hurt so bad. No offense to any of you, I just feel like a big dork pulling this thing around. I have seen other people at school with them, but I still feel silly. I have to figure out a way to quiet the wheels though because they are loud... we have cobblestone over the majority of the campus to and from buildings and it will be ten times worse there. People will think it is thunder! Any suggestions on this one. Thanks to all of you who responded. I knew I wasn't alone on this one!

The loud wheels were one of the reasons I didn't get the rolling backpack. The luggage rack is alot more discreet. The wheels are a little bigger and softer than the in-line skate wheels that are on the rolling backpacks. :)

Hey! I like that idea!!!

Personally, I don't care whether I look like a dork or not!:)

Try WD40... don't know if it would work or not, but my Dad swears by it!:) If not, go with the luggage rack thing... sounds like a plan! Just don't carry those books around, or your back will be too messed up to do nurse work!:)

Good Luck to you!

Julie:)
