hello! how is everyone doing and how is school. this has been one semester of lecture and clinical.

i am still hanging in there but so many of my classmates are not in the program.

only 4 more weeks and one semester will be over!

ALMOST DONE!!!

I'm finishing up my pre-reqs this semester and start my program next spring. I took my CPR class today and have all my immunizations. I'm ready!

The only thing that stinks is that my birthday falls on the first day of finals (Dec. 16). I'll be 21, but I told my boyfriend that we'll have to hold off on the celebration till the next weekend so I won't be fuzzyheaded for my Microbiology final. It would suck to lose an A because I was hung over. :b

Aside from that, everything is GREAT!!!!!

im like most of you: counting the days down til mid-december when winter break will start. im finishing up my first quarter of six, in the rn program. we have only lost 2 people so far. i have only 4 1/2 more clinincal days but i am giving meds for the second time on wednesday (i dropped my meds twice my first time) and i have skills check off next week-- im so nervous! but i will be in great shape when those stressful events are over and i can enjoy my holidays! best wishes to all of you working hard like me!! :roll

The farther into this I get, the worse I feel about my competence. Geesh, next week I have a 10 page report, a presentation and a careplan due. PLEASE let the time go FAST... it is killing me!

And for some unknown reason I am starting to have doubts about whether I will pass this semester, and I have a strong B, almost an A at this point. Is anyone else feeling this way? Maybe I am just overwhelmed...
