HESI A2 Help needed

I need to take the HESI A2 test in 2 days and am having trouble finding some important information, specifically, do they provide a periodic table and do you have to memorize unit conversion factors or are they provided?

I can't believe that expect you to memorize the periodoc table (my chemistry professor doesn't know most of it!), and what is the point in memorizing how many cups thre are in a liter?

The Elsevier study guide provides no help on this.

thanks!

Hi, While I haven't yet taken the final HESI (I'm scheduled to do so at the beginning of May) I have taken two separate mid-curricular HESI exams. Forget the periodic table:) There's no need. While you may not need to know how many cups there are in a liter, you do need to know the medication admin- related conversions e.g. how many mcg in a mg and so on. Good luck!

You do not need to memorize the periodic table for the Hesi. It's all critical thinking no rote memorization. In fact nursing exams are never rote memorization. Good luck!

Hi please shed some light on critical thinking. I think that is my downfall.
