First day of Clinical!!

Wow is all I can say! Today was such a great day for me! We had our first day of clinical at LTC facility here in town and I am so impressed and inspired!

We mostly did facility orientation, rules, tour, etc. but we had to meet and interview a resident and really get to know them. I have to say I almost feel like I was touched by God! The woman I met was amazing and so inspiring to me that I feel like crying just speaking about it!

She had so many disabilites- legally blind, unable to use legs, etc. but to her that was nothing, just a gift from God! She had her life and friends and was one of those people that you are just naturally drawn to. I am not a very religious person, but I tell you I got her for a reason!
