What type of website or app would you make for nursing?

If you were to make an app or a website for nursing what would you create and why?

What would you think of making a website where recruiters could post job fairs and nurses can sign up to get information about jobs fairs? Would there be any benefit in making the option of doing digital career fairs or using webcams for the recruiters and the applicants to meet and talk? Or a section where healthcare facilities can post new grad programs?

Online/digital job fairs already exist complete with webcam interviews.

There are many career websites and apps already indeed, career builder, simply hired.
