What does your fitbit (or other smart watch) say about your shift?

I recently went down the fitbit road, and I can honestly say I'm both surprised and totally not surprised about what it says about my shifts.

I usually have between 8,000-10,000 steps for my shift.

My heart rate was in the "fat-burn" zone for 8 hours one day. It was a particularly stressful day.

Even on days I feel like are pretty easy, I usually have about 6,000 steps in.

I should also say that I'm not particularly athletic - I get my workouts in a few times a week but I'm not a marathon runner or anything.

So what does yours say about how crazy your days are?

I tend to get 10000-12000 steps when I'm at work, depending on how busy my day is. It's doing better now at picking up on what it calls Active Minutes, which is good because the first day I wore it to work was a busy day but it said I only had 7 active minutes. That offended me a little. ;)

I will say, the Fitbit does give me a slightly better attitude about walking to the lab or pharmacy because at least I'm getting some steps out of the road trip. ;)

I average anywhere between 7500 and 15000. My record is somewhere around 25000 in a shift.
