Thank you so very much for responding. I really needed a straight answer from someone. So you've been one of the leaders? I bet you wouldn't mess with someone's vacation request like they did! Why do you suppose they would? I never EVER had any kind of a problem with them, did as much overtime for them as I can when they're in a bind. I'm respectful to them, never give them any lip like some would, I'd say I'm a pretty darn good employee to have around. Maybe it's the "power" thing, I really don't know. After 24 years of service, I felt really hurt that someone would do such a thing. I wouldn't even dream about doing something like that. I guess I could have made a big deal about it, but chose not to until I make them sign on that dotted line come December. So if you say it's perfectly fine, I'll ask them to sign. I wonder if they will...I'll just have to wait and see. Thank you again. I appreciate it alot! :)
