Struggling with balancing hours between jobs

I know I'm lucky enough to have at least one job, and a per diem job. I'm having a hard time figuring out what to do though. It's more of a conflict.

My fiancé is out of work and we have no idea when he's going back. I currently have a part time job that is a mess of a hospital, jaded nurses, unsafe practices, but pays well and there are tons of hours to pick up extra if needed. I also work per diem at a hospital that is out of state but close by, pays SIGNIFICANTLY less, and I am canceled for about 75% of my scheduled shifts because they constantly overstaff.

I have an offer for a part time position at another hospital that is a bit farther from home, pays a little less but not MUCH less than my other part time job, and it seems like a great facility and is more up to date. I was going to try to balance both part time jobs, and leave the less paying per diem, but I don't think that is realistic. To work out two 24 hour part time positions between two hospitals will be very hard.

I also received a call from a hospital not too far to interview for their per-diem float pool. Pays well, union, nurses seem happy. I really am trying to figure out what to do. I know that I need to stay with only TWO jobs, because I need to make time for my daughter, she's just a baby, and I am also in school. I just want to be in the places that I am the happiest, and the safest. Leaving any job is scary.
