Sprained Ankle

Well.. Just call me Grace...

Somehow I managed to sprain my ankle when I was taking the trash out... My ankle twisted on the slant of our driveway...

I really don't want to go to the Dr... So what all do I need to do other than icing it and trying to stay off of it???

Today is not a good day for this to happen.. I am helping with the Pinning ceremony this evening... I'm gonna look real cute hobbling around..

Rest

Ice

Compress (ace bandage or something) and

Elevate it!
