I was wondering if I should even try to get my RN or if I should try something else. Maybe ultrasonography or OR tech. Are all medical jobs hard to get or is it just nursing. I've been having such a hard time getting a job, I'm burned out & I've only been an LVN for 3 years. My only choice now is to go back to two possible jobs I dislike. I'm worried that if I go for my ADN-RN with the constant influx of RNs I won't be able to get a job after I graduate & pass boards. So should I go for my RN or something else in the healthcare field?

There is an influx of new grad RNs in the market, true. But as a LVN with three years experience you will have a significant edge over them.
Yeah but I'm not the only one bridging. I guess I'm just worried, I read all over here about new grads having a hard time finding a job. I'm just wondering what my next move should be.
