Reportable to the CDC?

Hi everyone,

Am working on my latest lecture--STD's!!! Need some help, from any of you "pro's" out there--good websites, good sources of information (besides my textbooks, LOL). I specifically need a source that would delineate WHICH of the STD's are reportable.

contact your local health department. they have a list of things are are only reportable to the state and those that require involvement of the cdc.

and i believe if you look at the cdc website they may have a list as well.

VickyRN, Contact you state dept. of health - names vary from state to state - each state has a list of reportable diseases for that state, and my experience is the state will supply you with a report form as well. good luck with your project - frankie
