I salute the nurses who are standing guard over this woman day and night, I hope they are not forced to do 16 hour shifts. Usually managment hustles to make sure there is enough help when a patient is in the media. www.post-gazette.com/healthscience/20001021hearthealth2.asp

Hi oramar. In this case, it appears the article was just focusing on the device itself. Since it's the doctors who performed the procedure and probably devised the equipment, of course, the glory is going to them. In the meantime, neither the nurses, EMS, or family (if applicable) were mentioned. No doubt, there are nurses that are performing life-saving research, and these pioneers are hardly ever mentioned in the general media.
