need help!!

Hi there, i'm a senior nursing student. I am doing a seminar next week on "professionalism and unions".. and was wondering if anyone could help me find a contract online.. or a workshop online that would help me lead my class through a mock collective bargaining session... I've been looking most of the night and cant seem to find anything. Would GREATLY appreciate any help/direction with this...

and if you have any other suggestions for this seminar.. i would love to hear it!!!
