Do you know anyone who has exp in opening a nursing agency and the most popular nurse websites that one can find to post jobs and to find resumes for California?

You may be interested in visiting the nurse entrepreneur section here. There's a number of RN's who have begun their own agencies/businesses and are running them quite successfully.

Try posting there.

I have just started my own business, so far, so good, though I won't be giving up my day job any time soon!!
