I need help!!!

I am trying to find on online article about the role transition from student nurse to graduate nurse. Does anyone know of one? Ive been looking for an hour and a half, and cant come up with one. I need it for class, and to write a response to it.

Finished that paper! 1 paper down for today, 7 more to go :)
