I need a R.N. interview questions answer for college

I have a paper due very soon and I wondering if someone who is a R.N. may help me.I will highly appreciate anyone who may answer this questions. I don't know no one who I could interview, I just need answers to a few brief question for a research paper on my chosen career which is R.N. Here are the questions:

1. What experience or knowledge is required to do your job?

2. How do ValenciaCC Competencies(think, value, communicate, act) apply to this career?

3. WHAT TYPES OF PROJECTS, ASSIGNMENTS OR DEADLINES MUST YOU MEET EACH DAY (WHAT IS A TYPICAL

DAY ON THE JOB?)

4. Does your job require overtime and what is your work schedule?

5. What is a typical entry level salary range for this field?

6. What preparation or cources did you find necessary or helpful upon entering the job?

7. What was your major in college?

8. Can you suggest some ways a student could obtain this necessary experience?

9. What is the biggest challenge you encounter?

10.If you was entering this career today, would you change your preparation in any way to facilitate entry?

11. What advise would you give a person entering this career?

more than welcome to answer these. HOWEVER, I have a BIG issue with having to put name, title and place of employment. I think that you would have better luck contacting a local hospital or nursing home. If it is required, then you should go that route. If not, then feel free to PM me and let me know.

I would not give my name on the internet either, but you can call me Nurse Hot Flash, RN. I work at the best hospital in Florida. I think you would have no problem interviewing new RNs because they remember how difficult it is to be a student. Try a local community college that offers nursing degrees. They should be able to fix you up with some helpful new grads.

I can't remember all the questionsyou ask, but here are a few answers. I work in Med/Surge and my main goal is to get my patients their meds on time and in a safe and effective manner. If I could go back through nursing school again, I would focus more on pharmacology. You can get experience that will help you with a nursing career, by working as a patient care technition, or as a sitter.

Try asking the questions one at a time. Us old nurses have very little memory left.
