I got a new job working in the ccu unit at a different hospital. IT's in a brand new unit, open heart center. I am so excited i needed a lift this week. It pays about double my hourly rate, one winter holiday only. so i'm just going to be per diem at my old facility too.

Now the hard part telling my boss in the am, i hate resigning because i have gotten along with my manager since the begginning, but i need more growth and i'm stagnated at the small town hospital i am at, wish me luck!
