I am towards the end of graduation and am about to submit my forms out to the board to take my NCLEX. However, I have a minor issue that became huge! The form states that I need to submit any DMV record citations exceeding $500. Unfortunately, I have a couple of those in different cities and do not know where to find them. I don't even know which court it's being held at. Since the form stated that DMV printouts are not accepted, I went to the DMV hoping to have the court informations on it. But it merely showed when was the violation, conviction, and the violation/court CODES. I searched everywhere online hoping these codes will match the courthouse, but no luck! I called the board of my state and told them about my situation, and they kept saying that they will not accept anything besides a certified court document. I hope one of you out there can help me with my situation. I regret having these citations, but I am not a perfect person, and make mistakes, but nothing can change the past. Please help me someone.

I would call the county clerk office of the places you had the problems. They can usually give certified court documents. At least to my knowledge they have always given me certified court documents related to my divorce and custody of my children. If not they can probably tell you where you do need to call.

The DMV ought to have record of the location of the citation. From there you can find which county it was and the courthouse for that county. Contact the county clerk and they should have records that the BON will accept.
