Does anyone work for Novant Healthcare?

I am curious as to other's experiences with working for Novant. I currently have job offers from a Novant facility and a HMA facility. From what I have heard from some of the HMA employees I don't think that would be the best choice. I really did not feel positive about HMA after my interview with them anyway. On the other hand, I was impressed with the Novant facility. I would love to hear from any Novant employees about their experience with the corporation.
