Does anyone wear back support at work?

My 28-year-old back feels more like 58. In dialysis, I am constantly stooping and bending, bending and stooping. I was thinking about getting some back support. Anyone have any suggestions? What about those strappy things that the professional movers wear? The wide strap around the middle that criss-crosses in back?

I would if I could find one that fits properly. I have chronic back pain and almost cannot bend over at all.
