Does the State of NC have a website? If their health dept. is linked through the website, it will probably have the info you need on immunizations, at least.
You might also check with http://www.cdc.gov. their listing of required immunizations is utilized by most states.

Not sure about current newborn screenings, but I'll see if Ican find it.

I know that hearing screenings are also required. I think the info for them can be found at the link in my previous post if you go to the home page and search.
