Do peds nurses get to dress up on days other than Halloween?

Costumes are the best! So do you ever have costume/theme days, kind of like spirit week when you were in school? It just seems sad that the kiddos only see them in costume once a year.

I'm a student nurse and I haven't been in peds yet, so I have no idea what it's like there.

My unit actually has a spirit week once a month where we have themed days and dress up!

The cancer unit at my hospital has superhero day once a week. Dressing up on costumes is not allowed on any holiday, except for things on headbands and stuff like that, that match themed scrub tops.
