How can I obtain a dialysis position without the experience?

Check online for clinics in your area. The major companies are Davita and Freseinus. Both will train those without prior experience. I would advise to not only apply online but to stop in the various clincs in your area and try to get past the front desk to the Facility administrators with your resume in hand. Then follow up routinely with phone calls to demonstrate a genuine interest in any open positions that come up. Good luck as dialysis is not an easy job by any means. I ran my buns off more in a chronic clinic then I ever did in ICU/ER or any other places I have worked in 30 years. Short staffing and long hours is a norm as it's a love it or hate it job. It took it's toll on me and I got out for a normal 8:30 to 5 job at more pay :) Finally Lol.
