I am having a problem and wondered if anyone else has experienced this; if so, how did you work around this.
I charge the pump on AC. I have charged it with/without batteries in place. I use the pump as an ambulatory pump.
When I boot the pump the power level will display "full".
When I prime the pump I get a low C battery display; but if I turn the pump off and reboot after priming I get a power level display of "full".
I am unable to use one set of batteries for two infusions (each 6 hours)
I have a call in to the company; but have not received a reply. So much for service after the sale!
Thanks in advance for any assistance!

I always check the internet when something just won't work to see if anything's wrong.
Is this your device? Well, I was able to find the manual too, but some problem with it not linking to the manual once I put it on AN?!
