can't take boards due to anthrax

i posted this in another forum, but without response. So will try here. I have a friend who sent in to take her Rn boards, but has not received the ok yet from nclex people due to the hold up of mail in Jersey due to anthrax. Has anyone heard of this happening to anyone else and what did they do about it?

Any input would be appreciated by my friend. Thanks;)
