[font=Comic Sans MS]The fact of the matter is most people don't think of such small towns when they think of California. They think of L.A., San Diego or where I live, near Newport Beach. And it's expensive. We have a 2 bed, 2 bath condo, with no garage appraised at over $330,000. CA has the highest taxes in the country , even with our budget concerns. So ratios or no ratios, I think people are staying away from the Golden State due to cost of living concerns.
