could someone please tell me what personal and interpersonal qualities are and what the difference is between them both.

not sure what you mean, but to me a personal quality would be one like veracity, respectful, friendly,e tc. An interpersonal quality would be "shows respect to co-workers by being on time for report". Sorry if that is not what you were getting at.

im doing a placement at a care home, my assessment sheet includes a reflective diary (log book) watching carers and nurses,

i have to write down how they interact with the clients,

log book contains examples of

coping strategies, health and saftey, caring procedures,

personal and interpersonal qualities, and then my personal feelings and reactions.
