ANA Magnet Recognition Program

The facility where I work has applied for magnet recognition from the ANA and miraculously made it to the final phase, the site visit. The survey is in a couple of weeks and I would just love to be a fly on the wall. Does anyone work at a "magnet" hospital? Is it all that it's cracked up to be? What sorts of things do they look for at the site visit?
